Job Description

HaystackAnalytics is hiring a Sample Logistics Coordinator to join its growing operations team in Bengaluru. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who can coordinate end-to-end sample logistics, monitor shipment progress, maintain cold-chain requirements, and ensure timely delivery of samples to laboratories. The position requires strong coordination, operational tracking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Track samples from pickup to laboratory delivery and prevent delays.
• Manage cold-chain logistics and ensure appropriate sample handling.
• Coordinate with courier partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain shipping labels, invoices, delivery records, and compliance documentation.
• Identify and resolve shipment delays and logistics-related issues.
• Maintain relationships with logistics partners and ensure high service quality.

Qualifications

• Any graduate degree
