Job Description
Choksi Laboratories Limited is inviting applications for the position of Food Microbiology Apprentice at its Indore facility. The selected candidate will assist with microbiological testing of food samples, laboratory analysis, documentation, and quality control activities while following established laboratory procedures and safety standards. Freshers with relevant educational qualifications are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in microbiological testing of food samples.
- Perform analyses according to approved methods and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain laboratory records and comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and data integrity requirements.
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and waste disposal procedures.
- Assist with quality control activities and laboratory equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Microbiology
- M.Sc. in Microbiology
- B.Tech. in Food Technology
